This article has been prepared to resolve issues that may arise when accessing or logging into the Lina application.
The following steps will help users regain access to their accounts.
1. Download the Application
- If the Lina app is not installed on your device, download the app via the link below: https://lina.onelink.me/6zci/ineruch1
2. Settings
- After launching the application, go to the Settings section in the upper right corner of the Profile tab.
3. Login:
- Tap the “Login” button in the Settings menu to proceed to the login screen.
4. Entering Email Information
- Enter your registered email address — a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to you.
5. Using the Verification Code
- To access your account, enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address in the relevant field in the application.
- If the one-time password (OTP) has not been sent, use the Resend Code button to send the code again.
If the verification email is not in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
